Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2026 • Governing Entity: LEO CORP and Leo Corporation.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or utilizing the web portals, technical documentations, software architectures, or services owned by LEO CORP or its operating division Leo Corporation (formerly operating as Neurotex Labs), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Authoritative Venture Status Boundaries
In compliance with corporate charter governance:
- ▸ Leo Corporation is the sole active operating division at launch, authorized to provide enterprise software, AI integration, and cyber defense operations.
- ▸ All other featured ventures (RedStone Properties, Rose Flare Promotions, Rose Curators, RoseSoirée Production, Rosewood Advisory Group, RoseHire Global) are prospective ventures designated strictly as COMING SOON.
- ▸ Information provided for Coming Soon divisions is for strategic preview only and does not constitute a binding commercial offer, contract, or representation of active current operations.
3. Proprietary Intellectual Property
All software frameworks, including the AEGIS-X neural mesh, ZEUS Cyber Operations Platform, proprietary trade secrets, visual trademarks, brand identities, and documentation, are the exclusive intellectual property of LEO CORP. Unauthorized decompilation, automated scraping, or extraction of proprietary model weights is strictly prohibited.
4. Employee Attendance System Terms
The Employee Access and Attendance Portal is restricted to authorized personnel. Authorized employees must maintain credentials securely. Manipulation of timestamp telemetry or unauthorized modification of historical records constitutes an organizational security breach subject to disciplinary and legal remediation.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive first-instance jurisdiction for any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms.
