1. Organizational Scope
This Policy applies to LEO CORP (parent corporation) and its active technology operating division, Leo Corporation (formerly operating as Neurotex Labs). It governs data collected across our web platforms, corporate communications, and internal employee attendance protocols.
2. Employee Attendance Zero-Surveillance Guarantee (Section 30 Compliance)
In strict adherence to corporate charter mandates, the LEO CORP Employee Attendance System collects only the minimum necessary data required for voluntary shift verification:
- ✓ Employee corporate identifier and name
- ✓ Authoritative date and UTC timestamp of check-in
- ✓ Authoritative date and UTC timestamp of check-out
- ✓ Reason for voluntary correction adjustments
LEO CORP does NOT implement, store, or permit: Facial recognition, fingerprint biometrics, voiceprints, continuous background GPS or location tracking, screen recording, keystroke logging, or unauthorized camera/microphone surveillance.
3. Public Website Visitors & Telemetry
We believe that privacy is an essential engineering baseline. When browsing our public web platforms:
- ▸ We do not employ third-party behavioral advertising trackers or pixels.
- ▸ We never sell, lease, or monetize visitor or inquiry records.
- ▸ Inquiry data provided via contact or waitlist forms is retained solely to facilitate requested communications.
